A growing fintech company is looking for a Controller to join its finance team. This is an opportunity to take on a broad and impactful role, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining hands-on experience across financial reporting, budgeting, and financial operations in a dynamic environment.
This role is suitable for CPAs with relevant accounting or audit experience, including candidates coming from accounting firms who are looking to transition into an in-house finance role. Professional training and support will be provided.
What You'll Do
• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements and tax reports.
• Monitor and oversee financial activities across subsidiary companies.
• Supervise bookkeeping functions and review financial operations including billing, collections, journal entries, and payroll.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, vendors, and clients.
• Support the budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and monthly budget vs. actual analysis.
Requirements
• CPA certification - mandatory.• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
• Background in audit within a high-tech environment - advantage.
• Experience with bookkeeping or working closely with bookkeeping processes - advantage.
• Experience working under Israeli accounting standards and IFRS - advantage (not US GAAP).

Hybrid work model: 4 office days and 1 remote day.
