This is a hands-on position combining end-to-end development, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with Product and customer-facing teams. The role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working across the stack, taking ownership, and influencing both technical direction and product development.
What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain core product components across the Front End and Back End.
• Lead architectural discussions and make decisions that balance scalability, performance, and speed of execution.
• Work closely with Product and customer-facing teams to translate real-world needs into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of projects and features from end to end.
• Mentor and support other engineers while promoting strong engineering practices.
Work Environment
The position is based in Tel Aviv and follows a hybrid model of 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Full Stack development experience, with hands-on work across both Back End and Front End.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and building scalable products.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications or AI Agents, beyond using AI coding tools.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Hebrew.
Advantages
• Experience with React, Node.js, or Next.js.
• Previous startup experience.
• Experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
