We are looking for a senior Programmatic and Ad Tech expert on the publisher side to build an in house monetization stack from the ground up. 

This is not a classic Frontend or Backend development role and not a day to day optimization role.The focus is on architecture, correct implementation, and a clean handoff of the advertising stack to internal ownership.

What the role includes

Building and configuring Google Ad Manager from scratch.

Designing line item hierarchy and priority logic.

Defining pricing rules and floors.

Mapping and validating all site inventory.

Implementing header bidding using Prebid.js.

Integrating demand sources and SSPs.

Preventing bid duplication and demand cannibalization.

Ensuring site performance, Core Web Vitals, and user experience are not compromised.

Documenting the system and transferring knowledge to internal teams.

Who this role is for

Ad Tech and Programmatic professionals with publisher side experience.

Deep hands on expertise with Google Ad Manager and AdX.

Hands on JavaScript experience in the browser for Prebid implementation and debugging.

Strong understanding of auction dynamics and monetization logic.

Proven experience building or migrating an in house advertising stack.

This role is not suitable for Frontend, Backend, or Fullstack developers without significant publisher side Programmatic experience.

Hybrid work model with four days in the office and one remote.
