We’re looking for a System Integration Team Lead to join a multidisciplinary technology company operating in a fast-paced and complex R&D environment.The role includes leading a system integration team, defining and executing test plans, building setups, and hands-on debugging of advanced systems across hardware, software, and communications layers.

What you’ll do
• Lead the system integration team
• Define and manage test plans, test cases, and setups
• Investigate and debug multidisciplinary systems
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, hardware, and product teams
• Work across hardware, software, RF, and cloud technologies

Requirements – must have
• BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or higher)
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in multidisciplinary system integration (HW, FW, SW)
• 5+ years leading an integration team
• Experience with standard test equipment: scope, spectrum analyzer, protocol analyzers, ovens, etc.
• Proven ability to define and manage test documents and test strategies
• Deep understanding of IoT systems with RF and HW interfaces
• Solid technical comprehension and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with hands-on approach to testing and debugging
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in protocol testing and scripting languages: Python, Bash, Shell, TCL

Nice to have
• Experience with Linux environments
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
