An Israeli company operating in the U.S. private market is hiring a Sales Team Manager for a strategic and high-impact role at its Tel Aviv-based call center.This is a hands-on leadership role that includes:
  • Daily management of a sales team (approximately 10 reps)
  • Providing real-time support during calls – second voice, deal assistance, handling high-value clients
  • Personally training and onboarding new reps
  • Setting goals, tracking performance, and monitoring individual progress
  • Actively participating in the sales process, including closing complex deals
The call center operates via Zoom and phone only, working with warm leads during U.S. hours.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a telesales team in the international market
  • Excellent English – spoken, written, and read
  • Availability for in-office work only – Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (or until the last rep finishes)
  • Proven experience in Zoom and phone-based sales
  • Willingness to be deeply involved in the sales process, not just manage from above
Compensation:
Base salary + personal commissions + team-based incentives.
