Requirements:

• 5+ years proven experience managing teams in hyper-growth tech companies (required)
• Experience with complex mobile architectures at high scale and concurrency in multithreaded environments (required)
• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and strong problem-solving skills (required)
• Experience in rapid hiring, mentoring, building processes and engineering practices (required)
• Deep knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, RxSwift, Combine, Coroutines, Room DB, SwiftUI, Compose (required)
• Experience working with product, design and development teams to execute roadmaps (advantage)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong communication and empathy (advantage)
