We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join the team at an early and meaningful stage, and to take an active role in leading sales activities and working with our first customers.
This is a role with broad responsibility, direct interaction with international customers, and real impact on building the company’s initial revenue.
The role includes intensive outbound activity, full-cycle sales ownership, delivering product demos, and leading closing processes with customers in the US and Europe.
What the role includes?
Proactive outreach to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
Identifying, qualifying, and managing leads while building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Delivering product demos and clearly presenting the product value to business and technical audiences.
Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deal closure.
Participating in preparation for and attendance at industry events, including lead follow-up.
Ongoing work with the CRM system and accurate documentation of sales activity.
Sharing feedback from the field with the leadership and product teams.
Close collaboration with a small, fast-moving, and dynamic team.
What we are looking for?
At least 4 years of experience in outbound sales within a SaaS environment.
Proven experience managing full sales cycles and closing deals.
Experience selling to Product teams or Data teams is a significant advantage.
Background in selling Data Analytics products is a clear advantage.
Experience working in a startup environment is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Strong target orientation, mental resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
Excellent interpersonal communication, curiosity, and ability to deeply understand products and customer needs.
